HIOWH NHS Foundation Trust provides health services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, including the cities of Southampton and Portsmouth and is proud to host CAMHS Services across the County and IOW. These range from our early intervention MHST teams to our crisis services, including liaison, community crisis pathways and inpatient mental health wards. Our Senior Leadership Team for CAMHS comprises Operational and Strategic Management, alongside Clinical Leadership to ensure a robust approach to developing and maintaining our services. CAMHS came together under a single service line in 2024, giving many opportunities for sharing of practice and aligning for equity where needed. Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides joined-up mental and physical healthcare for around two million people across our communities. In date clinical / professional qualification & registration with professional body i.e., Nursing and Midwifery Council, Social Work England or equivalent Relevant MSc or MA qualification or equivalent experience
Formal or informal leadership and management training

Experience in managing resources, e.g., budgets, staff, training

Experience in Performance management
Use of evidence-based knowledge to influence service delivery
