We are looking for a dedicated Senior Enablement Assistant to join us on our Kite Unit at the South of England Rehabilitation Centre (SERC).
The Kite unit is a ten-bed neuropsychiatric rehab service for adults following an acquired brain injury, whose impairments are largely in the cognitive, behavioural, or mental health spectrum, with the aim to enable patients to rebuild their lives after a brain injury. We are proud to have been accepted on the pathway towards accreditation with the Quality Network for Neuropsychiatry Services.
You will be responsible for meeting the needs of patients and their families to achieve improved health outcomes and promote health and wellbeing while demonstrating care, compassion, competence, communication, courage, and commitment. We are passionate about patient centred, culturally sensitive and evidence-based care which promotes independence.

Level 2 qualification or equivalent in a relevant area gained through experience, on the job training, short courses and completion of work-based competencies
Completed care certificate, in the process or willingness to work towards the care certificate.
